Edelweiss Creamy is a small Artisan Cheese factory in the heart of "Cheese Country" Wisconsin. This gift box includes 3 very special cheeses. 1. 16oz piece of Eiger Mountain Cheese. This cheese is made in a copper vat with raw milk and formed into 180 pound wheels. The only place in the U.S. that still does this type of wheel. It's a Swiss-Mountain style cheese aged at least two years. Yum. 2. 16oz. Butter Kase. This is a German style cheese originally called "Damen Kase" (Woman's Cheese) because of it's mild and creamy flavor made a favorite for women and children. 3. Havarti 8oz. Our full cream Havarti is good melted or just as is. Our hats are off to the Scandinavians for coming up up with this one!
