Shipping Policies and Restrictions

Due to the sensitivity of our cheese, we ship in an insulated box, with ice packs. Please keep this in mind when you see the shipping rates.

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Our regular shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (holiday weeks may vary). Orders will be shipped within 2 business days to the address(es) you provide. No PO Boxes, APO or FPO shipments. We ship within the continental United States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska please call or e-mail for shipping information. Sorry, no foreign countries at this time.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for refunds or replacement of shipments if an incomplete or invalid address is provided or if the recipients are not available to accept the package in a reasonable amount of time.
